Continuously excellent service with there concern for the customer. I had work done on my older Cadillac and it was teated with care and respect.


Top-Notch Customer Experience

I can not say enough about my experience at Long Cadillac. I was referred by a friend that has worked with Long over the past several years; his referral was nothing short of spot-on. The atmosphere at Long sets the gold standard for what every car dealership should strive for. My Sales Associate, Ron, greeted me with a smile and was eager to answer my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. During our visit, we were also warmly greeted by Tom, the Sales Manager, who solidified that we were truly in the right place. On the day of pick-up Ron remained in contact with me to ensure a seamless transition. When I arrived at the dealership he had the car ready and was excited to go over every inch of my new vehicle. Even after leaving Long, the experience hasn't ended. Ron has remained in contact with me to answer any additional questions and to ensure I?m completely satisfied. All any customer wants is to feel valued and listened to; Long Cadillac certainly drove those feelings home. They deliver a top-notch customer experience and have certainly gained a lifetime customer in me!

Long Cadillac provided truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was able to work directly with the General Sales Manager so there was not any of the usual back & forth with negotiations. I would recommend any of my friends who are in the market for a Cadillac to go to Long.


Low pressure and straight forward

The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it?s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.

I purchased a used 2012 CTS in July and I must say it was one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. Low pressure, easy going, straight shooters.

We bought a 2 year old Honda CR V from these guys. They were terrific to deal with. Our salesman Ron was totally attentive to our needs. The car was in great condition at a very reasonable price. Ron had the car driven to our mechanic in Boston for him to inspect. Then brought the papers by our office for us to complete the deal. Then delivered the car to our home the next day, complete with inspection and registration. He couldn't be more service oriented. The best part was that he was very easy going to work with. Not at all pushy like many car sales people.


Purchase pre-owned Subaru Outback from Long Cadillac

Enjoyed an excellent sales experience. Long Cadillac went the extra distance to delight us, including installing a timing belt on the car, at no additional charge. Also they transported the car to and from the Long Subaru dealership and took care of all the delivery details in spite of a major nor'easter storm that came through the day before we took delivery. Everyone was very helpful and courteous and took great care to ensure that everything went smoothly.

Excellent Sales Experience

I recently visited Long Cadillac to check out SRX's. I am a longtime Ford owner, and was about to pull the trigger on a purchase when I found a Lincoln MKX that suited me a little better. I am posting a correspondence with Long, as that fully explains My feeling about this dealership: Hi Jim, I want to take the chance to personally thank you for your time this past Sunday. I am very impressed with you and your dealership, as well as the SRX itself. As you know, I did plan to look at other vehicles, and unfortunately I was able to find an excellent deal on a Lincoln MKX that has been dealer maintained and treated with utmost care by the previous owner. I was rather torn in my decision process, but what ultimately led me to choose the Lincoln was my familiarity as I have been a Ford owner for quite some time. I'm sorry to disappoint you, because I do feel that the SRX is an excellent vehicle, but I found an MKX that I just could not pass up. I must say that my shopping experience at your dealership was one of the best I have ever experienced, I felt completely unpressured and I am very impressed with the manner in which Long Cadillac conducts business. Your integrity is impeccable. Although I did not purchase a vehicle, I will strongly recommend you to any of my acquaintances that are in the market for a new or "new to them" car, and hopefully you can generate some sales in the future.
