The atmosphere at Long sets the gold standard for what every car dealership should strive for. My Sales Associate, Ron, greeted me with a smile and was eager to answer my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. During our visit, we were also warmly greeted by Tom, the Sales Manager, who solidified that we were truly in the right place. On the day of pick-up Ron remained in contact with me to ensure a seamless transition. When I arrived at the dealership he had the car ready and was excited to go over every inch of my new vehicle. Even after leaving Long, the experience hasn't ended. Ron has remained in contact with me to answer any additional questions and to ensure I?m completely satisfied. All any customer wants is to feel valued and listened to; Long Cadillac certainly drove those feelings home. They deliver a top-notch customer experience and have certainly gained a lifetime customer in me!

I purchased a used 2012 CTS in July and I must say it was one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. From Hank Landry in Sales to Brian and Andrew... in Service they a truly a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, you will not go wrong. I thought the pricing was fair and the car was in outstanding condition, it was obvious that it had been completely serviced and ready to go. The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it’s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed... on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.

We bought a 2 year old Honda CR V from these guys. They were terrific to deal with. Our salesman Ron was totally attentive to our needs. The car was... in great condition at a very reasonable price. Ron had the car driven to our mechanic in Boston for him to inspect. Then brought the papers by our office for us to complete the deal. Then delivered the car to our home the next day, complete with inspection and registration. He couldn't be more service oriented. The best part was that he was very easy going to work with. Not at all pushy like many car sales people.

I recently visited Long Cadillac to check out SRX's. I am a longtime Ford owner, and was about to pull the trigger on a purchase when I found a Lincoln... MKX that suited me a little better. I am posting a correspondence with Long, as that fully explains My feeling about this dealership: Hi Jim, I want to take the chance to personally thank you for your time this past Sunday. I am very impressed with you and your dealership, as well as the SRX itself. As you know, I did plan to look at other vehicles, and unfortunately I was able to find an excellent deal on a Lincoln MKX that has been dealer maintained and treated with utmost care by the previous owner. I was rather torn in my decision process, but what ultimately led me to choose the Lincoln was my familiarity as I have been a Ford owner for quite some time. I'm sorry to disappoint you, because I do feel that the SRX is an excellent vehicle, but I found an MKX that I just could not pass up. I must say that my shopping experience at your dealership was one of the best I have ever experienced, I felt completely unpressured and I am very impressed with the manner in which Long Cadillac conducts business. Your integrity is impeccable. Although I did not purchase a vehicle, I will strongly recommend you to any of my acquaintances that are in the market for a new or "new to them" car, and hopefully you can generate some sales in the future. SINCE 2005 WE PURCHASED 3 VEHICLES FROM LONG AND WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD THEM SERVICED BY LONG. LONG'S SERVICE DEPT HAS BEEN VERY ATTENTIVE TO OUR CONCERNS... AND PROVIDED PERSONAL ATTENTION TO OUR NEEDS. OUR MOST RECENT PURCHASE WAS FROM DARRYL DUDYAK WHO TOOK A PERSONAL INTEREST IN OUR NEEDS THAT WE DID NOT INTEND TO BUY A NEW CAR BUT WOULD CONSIDER A PRE-OWNED THAT WAS COMPARABLE TO WHAT WE ALREADY HAD. WE EVENTUALLY GAVE UP ON THE IDEA AND DECIDED TO KEEP WHAT WE HAD. HOWEVER, DARRYL DID NOT GIVE UP AND FOUND A CAR THAT WE RECENTLY PURCHESED FROM HIM. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH IT AND THANK HIM FOR NOT GIVING UP.
