After Long Cadillac failed to find the source of water in
After Long Cadillac failed to find the source of water in the car after a week, they called and said "you have to come get the car." This car is under factory warranty and they just refused to fix it. I have to run a shop vac in the car every night now. THEY SOLD ME THIS LEMON. Now I'm taking to another Cadillac dealer in hopes that they honor Cadillac factory warranties.

Jim, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to see that you are disappointed and experiencing problems. We are very familiar with your car as we sold and serviced the car since it was brand new with no complaints from the previous owner. As you are aware, we had your car for over a week, and performed several water leak tests over different days, pressurized the cabin and left the car out in heavy rain and there were no detectable leaks or musty smells that tend accompany water leaks. Very pleased with latest service. As always, all requested work was performed in a timely manner and car returned in excellent condition with repairs and maintenance completed. Have been completely satisfied with service and sales at this location for 22 years.

The service department is quite competent.
The service department is quite competent. I like that a loaner car is available and service offers a complimentary wash and vac. On my most recent visit my car was kept overnight and I was never notified and when I called the service department between 4-5pm (using three different numbers), no one picked up. I'm so glad I didn't leave anything in the car that I'd want that night or need for work the following day. The sales dept. is very nice. My salesman was wonderful and always available and happy to answer questions after the sale. I would recommend Long Cadillac for both sales and service.
