Place is a dump, not worth your time

There are plenty of dealerships around central Kansas to choose from: avoid this one like the plague. The place is a run down mess. If they can’t even maintain their facilities, do you really trust them to sell you a working vehicle? Management is also sketchy as heck. Shop around.

No sale, no problem

The staff at Dough Reh in Pratt was very eager to assist me with all my needs. The staff responded promptly to my request for info and were immediately available for a test drive. The vehicles are clean, and service/ repair is available after the sale. No pressure to buy. The staff at Doug Reh understood the idea of "just looking".

Disapointed

The sale staff is very nice and accommodating however service is lacking when you go in there for a diagnosis and they stopped the first problem they find when that's not actually the only problem. If they just decided to go the extra mile to make sure that was the only problem

Great Service!!

The service I received was far better than any other dealership I have done business with! The sales manager, Donnie found exactly what I was looking for and that wasn't an easy task being a picking woman;) I would highly recommend Doug Reh to anyone!
