Made appointment on line , when arrived rep told me they have no record of appointment. When I told him it was done online, response was oh yeah we done get those appointments. My daughter had same issue at Burke with appointment almost a year ago. I?m just glad in need oil Change and it could be done. Why do you have a system that doesn?t work.

I recently purchased a used 2022 Buick Encore GX from Burke. My salesperson was Merve Camps. I have never had such a great experience with a car salesperson. Her no aggressive approach was the most helpful and welcoming response I have ever had at a dealership. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car.

When you purchase a new car, every nightmare story about such an event is told to you by family, friends and people you work with, leaving you with a cautious pessimism. When we arrived at Burke Motor Group to purchase a premium Outback Subaru, we met Collin Sporl. As a sales consultant, he immediately puts you at ease, no hard sell, great knowledge about Subaru and his role in the process. His knowledge, demeanor and an offer of service after the sale is unique and very appreciated. He realizes the cost of a purchase to an average consumer and treats you as a very important person. I give the highest recommendation to the Burke Motor Group and especially Collin for a great car, great price, all backed up by a person who makes it a pleasurable experience.

Sales person was very accommodating. He provided several vehicles for us to test drive. He followed up on questions we had. We have bought over 25 cars through this salesperson

My Salesperson was Collin Sporl.

My Salesperson was Collin Sporl. He was a really outstanding salesperson. He went above and beyond to help me finding a car. Answered all my questions when asked and didn't get frustrated when I kept asking questions. He was very professional and made the transaction very easy. Everyone that I had met at Burke was very sociable and considerate in asking if I would like something to drink while I was waiting. Great place to buy a car. I have been to many dealerships before, and no one ever said hello. I would recommend Burke to anyone that wants to buy a car.
