Bad experience.

Bad experience. Called on a new 2500 pickup. Got a xxxxty low ball offer on a fantastic trade-in. No delivery was available, then was told that because we are from Iowa, that we had to bring cash in $100 bills to pay for it, or wait a week after submitting a money wire transfer from our bank before we could drive it home. Who pulls this kind of xxxxxxxx? Would never consider this place again, and they need to be reported to G.M or the better business bureau.

Thanks for the feedback. I am sorry to hear about your feelings on how we accept payment. I am sorry if there was miscommunication. We do offer multiple options. 1) you can finance the vehicle with one of the lenders we have or your own lender, 2) you can pay cash, 3) you can do a wire transfer, 4) you can pay with personal check, or a 5) bank check, Since you reside outside of the state of Wisconsin - any of the last 3 options must be cleared by our bank before taking delivery of the vehicle. We Do Not Accept credit cards on any vehicle purchase, We do accept credit cards on parts, accessories, tires or any service with our service department, and we do not have a surcharge for paying with a credit card. We can deliver a vehicle to a customer and we have. We dont advertise it, doesnt me we cant do it. We also ship vehilces. Have you ever sold anything? Craiglist, Marketplace, EBAY etc? We are always pleased with the overall customer service, quality of repairs, professionalism of staff, the facilities are always clean, and refreshments are available while we are waiting. Picking up our finished vehicle all washed is the icing on the cake.

Concerned about my car Battery

When I called to ask to get my car Battery checked for how much durability it still had, Dean said he could fit me in the next day at 1 pm. They took care of me right away when I arrived. My battery tested not the best. I then asked to have a new replacement. It didn?t take much longer & I had a new Battery! Thanks for taking care of my concerns!! Barb Eastman

Keyes ChevytownUSA- Purchased a vehicle

I went in to see what my 2018 Chevy Trax would get on a trade in for a new vehicle. Logan Moser is the sales consultant who assisted me. He was very thorough and answered my questions respectfully. I ended up buying a new car from Logan. After I purchased the car, Samantha Nereson assisted me with getting acquainted with my new vehicle. She helped me set up a new gmail account which was necessary. I struggle with technology so she was very helpful and patient with me. These people are the worst. We had a terrible experience with warranty issues. We paid $6000 for repairs and then they didn't stand behind it. Didn't replace everything stated and put used parts back on. I would never recommend them.
