treated well

good visit. I bought a car, a new car, a Malibu, a 2017 Malibu. Mr Fakhoury is a gentleman and a competent sales person who represents well your dealership.

Excellent experience!

It was a wonderful experience. Our representative Johnathon did a wonderful job, and everyone that also worked with hand in hand with him. From the porter, to the finance man, everyone did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend all my family and friends to your dealership. Thank you all for the wonderful service.

Great Experience

We visited this dealership near Six Corners the first week of December, we came back and we're disappointed to learn that the general sales manager Robert Punzalan was no longer with the dealership. It was just a bummer because buying a vehicle from him was pretty fun last year we bought a pre owned 2015 Toyota Sienna and had no expectation as we were in the market for a Traverse but he personally went outside and showed us the features and benefits right next to a Traverse and we were impressed with the Sienna. We dealt with another manager this time also he was nice and friendly butt he didn't have just the skills that Robert had. Robert really went out of his way went outside with us didn't pressure us Brought us Coffee and told us to take our time making our decision and he was able to give us the price and payment we needed to be at, this time as a repeating customer, I was expecting just a bigger discount, or just the feeling that we were loyal customers, they didn't do anything wrong we ended up buying our daughter a car for her 18th birthday and Christmas so that made us happy. It's just night and day difference we saw a Robert jump from customer to customer helping out his sales associates and running out of control but he was involved in everything this time around we never even got a chance to meet the manager we got one price and $100 discount but still they did a good job we were happy

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A DEALERSHIP

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. they broke my taillight and put a crease in my quarter panel. when i picked up the vehicle is was dusty and very dirty. They didn't wash it because the damage would have showed. My truck had been there for over a month getting an engine and they told me that they were married to it. I called GM my self and they had plenty of engines in stock and they called the dealer on 3 way and told them that the engine would be sent to them. I will never go back to this dealer again,

Late Night Heroics!

My wife and I arrived at night in the rain on a Cubs playoff game night and had a tight timetable in which to purchase a new car. The facilities and sales staff at Mike Anderson Chevrolet were stellar and attentive. Ask for Tony. His patience and diligence through the process was excellent. Late Night Heroics!

My wife and I had a tight schedule to buy a new car and came in during the rain late at night (on a Cubs playoff night too). The facilities and sales staff were phenomenal. Ask for Tony. His patience and diligence through the process was excellent and Mike Anderson Chevy had prices that beat the myth that the suburbs have lower prices. Outstanding all around!
