Laura was amazing throughout the entire process. She helped me lower both my monthly payment and my interest rate far beyond what I expected, and she got me into my new 2026 GMC Terrain. We went to Charlottesville Colonial Auto Center to sell a vehicle, no trade or purchase, from an estimate from Kelley Blue Book on Sunday 5/3/26. Martin Haggard got in touch with me Monday morning to set up an inspection and discuss a buy price for today. We got there on time and he was ready to negotiate. Everything went better than expected and even got a 45-minute ride back home with Shane. Awesome dealership and awesome Sales and associates. I was searching for a specific make/model, color, trim level and features/acessories. CMA searched the entire country to find it for me, had it delivered to their dealership in Charlottesville, VA and called me as soon as it was on site so that I could inspect it and test drive. I had a great experience. They didn?t push any other service on me. They only informed me of the air filter needed to be replaced. The shuttle service to work and back was a great service for me.

I went in for service on my Chevy Blazer, previously having had good experience with their service department. I was sorely disappointed with their overblown estimates for work I have since found was not required. The work they did do was extremely sloppy and transmission fluid after a flush has been found all over the underbelly of my car. Dripping on my garage floor for the last few weeks putting my dogs at risk is the worst thing I can say about them though. I would never recommend them!
