I could not have had a better experience here! As a woman, I am always fearful of going to a dealership and I never felt anything but positive experiences.... The atmosphere was warm and inviting and I never felt like I was entering a "good old boys club" like I have with most dealerships. I worked with Paul, Robert, and Levi and they were all very personable and laid back people. I have never had such a positive experience buying a car. They listened to all the things I asked for and never tried to push anything additional on me. I never felt any pressure to buy a car and their service was phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend to anyone! They do not work on commission which I think is a huge plus.

Recently, I had to bring my 2012 Ford Focus SEL twice to Colonial Service Center for major safety recall issues. CLUTCH +TCM were replaced at no cost... at all, as full warranty was applied, with no strings attached. Non only they were replaced on the spot, with no wait at all for appt, but I was provided with an upgrade Lincoln rental car for free, the whole time my car was in the shop. I can only be grateful Todd Wheeler, Nick Kennedy and Rob, the technician who worked on my car and praise their impeccable customer service attitude. They transformed a safety issue problem which left me without a car into a positive and pleasant experience. Thank you.
Brought my 2016 Sierra in for transmissions issues, an oil change, tire rotation and issues with the radio. Dropped it off on Saturday, had to call 7 times... on Monday just to see what needed to be serviced. After I insisted on holding for a advisor, he told me they didn't get a chance to look at it, but would on Tuesday. No problem. !5 minutes later, I get a call from another advisor saying they had looked at the transmission, and nothing was wrong. The radio needed a 6 hour download, but it was in the process of being downloaded. The tire rotation and oil change was complete, but they wanted it a little longer to verify everything was completed, and I could pick it up on Tuesday. Arrived Tuesday at 4:00 to pick it up, and the tire rotation wasn't done, though they said it was. The transmission fix they said was done, turns out they didn't complete it. The radio download that was needed and in process was never needed so it wasn't done. I requested a Mobile One oil change, they used something different. So for having the truck for basically three days, they did absolutely nothing. And, just to put icing on the cake, I left the truck with 1/2 a tank of fuel. When I picked it up it had just enough fuel to get me two blocks before it ran out. Thanks guys! It case this isn't clear enough...I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from this service department!
