No pressure buying experience.

Lauren Miller contacted me concerning an online query. Questions were answered,no pressure was given about making an appointment. This prompted a visit to Jack Evans Chevrolet. Lauren Miller was very professional, friendly and patient with us during the entire purchasing experience. Jason Kelly was very helpful as well well.love our Traverse.

Friendly and Courteous

I have never had a bad experience at Jack Evan's Chevrolet. As a matter of fact, they always go above and beyond! Every interaction I have had with them, whether it is sales or service, has always been great! They have friendly, courteous staff who always put the customers first!

Excellant Buying Experience !

Professionally handled by Lauren Miller, Online Sales. Ms, Miller handled all my questions, researched items for me and made this buying experience one to remember. John Evans also kept me informed and up to date on product knowledge and my buying experience. Having been a customer since 1978, it is refreshing to see a dealer keep up with the times in his facility as well as his staff. Ms. Miller is a safe bet for someone wanting a professional to deal with.

Great service

Had a rim put on a spare tire. First time talking with Ed in service. Very professional and helpful, as all the service personnel are. Justin finished up by carrying tire to car. Justin very knowledgeable about questions I asked regarding tire monitor.

Friendly environment and helpful staff.

Its a friendly enviroment, clean, and modern dealership. Everyone was extremely helpful and no pressure on making a decision. Fair prices on our trade-ins and provided a great price on our new vehicle.
