When I arrived at Joe Bullard Cadillac service

When I arrived at Joe Bullard Cadillac service department, I was warmly greeted by Melissa. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary refreshments and Wi-Fi. I was impressed how quickly they got to work on my vehicle and when completed they even washed and vacuumed it. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future car needs.

The service tech was great as well as the mechanic. I am very pleased with my vehicle repair. The vehicle was vacuum and washed ! Thanks for you promptness in getting my vehicle back to me.

Roosevelt Harris and Caleb Rogers were great from start

Roosevelt Harris and Caleb Rogers were great from start to finish. However, th 9H Ceramic charge we did not want and was forced upon us and not even sure if this was done or not? So overall we were happy with the transaction except for the 9H ceramic charge which we totall disagree with. Next time we will ensure this does not happen before finalizing the transaction.

Lying thieves!

Lying thieves!!!! You asked me the year of my Eldorado when scheduled appt. You knew you had no tools for a 1993. Then charged me 254.00 for nothing. You suck!!!!
