The only issue I had was the oil change it was over

The only issue I had was the oil change it was over filled by a half a quart a little bit over is acceptable but that amount can create issues with seals, gaskets oil foaming

It was time to turn in my leased car & get a new one. It was quick and easy. Lots of upgrades in 3 years on the Equinox. Everyone was nice & helpful at Bocker's.

First oil change in our 2025 Traverse.

First oil change in our 2025 Traverse. Drive up service was convenient, efficient and speedy. Thanks to the service team who gave a great performance. There was no charge at this time.

I took the Buick Enclave in for an oil change on Wed

I took the Buick Enclave in for an oil change on Wed (woman's day). Staff was friendly and courteous. They explained the things they noticed that should be addressed and I paid them and received a flower when I left.

Yes, I was browsing for a budget friendly vehicle for my next purchase and I found one available to test drive. My daughter, Heather, who is employed in the service department suggested Matt Mau in sales, but also to give Bocker Automotive group an hour to spruce up the beautiful used Jeep Cherokee and so I did. Once I arrived, Heather, contacted Matt ,who in turn had shown me to the vehicle for a test drive. Matt answered all my questions about the vehicle and was also able to put together a fantastic purchase fee, and I drove it off the lot. I am truly blessed with those I worked with and my purchase. Thank you
