David Peters, took good care of my service needs today. He was very friendly and very helpful. After a quick consultation with David we opted for a "Coolant Flush Service", while I waited. The waiting room was comfortable, with lots of literature, TV, vending machine, free donuts, coffee and bottled water. Top quality GM products were used on my (very special to me) Pickup and the price was right. The service only took about an hour and I was on the road. My overall experience was very pleasant, my vehicle is running fine and I would recommend Sakelaris' service department to a friend.

Russell and everyone at the dealership did an exceptional job in taking care of my car buying experience. They had just got the car in so they had educated themselves on the vehicle, all the features. I was VERY impressed. Highly recommend this dealership.

Alex Johnson was very professional and nice to work with. I did not feel pressured but at the same time he listen carefully to what my needs were. He went out of his way to get the color I wanted. Acura 2017. I have already referred a good friend to him. I appreciate he called to see how I liked it the next day and I got a recall notice online and called him and he was very efficient to find the necessary things will be worked up. He also helped my husband find Don in the service department who was excellent.

Every one at Sake larisa was very helpful, courteous, and friendly. They explained everything about the car and kept emphasizing that anytime I had questions they would be glad to explain and demonstrate until I was satisfied and comfortable with the help I had received.

Just bought our second new vehicle today from Alex Johnson. We bought our 2016 GMC Denali in Dec 2015, he is very knowledgeable about his vehicles, very friendly. Went over the top to meet our needs. Called him today , made an appointment and he sold us a 2016 Buick Encore. He will be the one we use in the future. Excellent salesman. Thanks to the entire staff.

We found our Buick Enclave online Wednesday, got a call from Cricket on Thursday, then Friday morning made the deal, sight unseen, with a deposit. We drove 1 1/2 hours to get a Buick Enclave we had been looking for, and it was so easy to do business with Cricket, and he's been truthful about the condition of the car, it was GREAT! He has contacted us since asking if there was anything he would walk us thru by phone or text since we were in a hurry the day of the sale. We would definitely recommend both the dealer and the salesman, and will hope to do business there again. It was a great buying experience, all around!

We had been wanting to purchase another Cadillac to replace our older one when we met Shaun. We had visited the dealership a year prior and he still remembered us! He was genuinely friendly but absolutely NO PRESSURE when it can to buying. We feel as though we have not only gained a sales rep we trust and feel comfortable with- but also a friend! As far as the dealership itself, they too go above and beyond. Taking the time to call us whenever there is a recall issue and have always worked around our schedules to get the problem fixed.
