Had a great experience with Kasey Howe at Feldman Chevy. He was thorough and stuck with me through the end of my deal for a used Equinox. There were some snags in getting the deal done but he patiently walked me through. I'm a happy customer!

Terrible follow up on an issue with refunds of service contracts. Also lies during the sales process. ZERO follow up after the fact. TERRIBLE business practice. Pretty obvious why I didn't return to purchase another vehicle.

I bought a 2019 Chevy new body style Silverado from this dealer it's been a nightmare since I had it. I just want to put this out here be careful with you buy from them Make sure it's not a Canadian vehicle. If you tried to buy a standard GM warranty they will sell it to you but the warranty will not be worth nothing I gave up a 2017 XT5 rent excellent very low miles a month after having a Silverado I've been experienced transmission issues with it ever since the radio went out that I had repaired myself because every time I took it to the dealer they kept telling me it's going to take another week a month to get the GM warranty on the vehicle so then 7 months out they told me they was going to fix the repairs on my vehicle so then they refunded me the warranty money because they could not put it on there because it was a Canadian vehicle which I explained in the beginning if I could not get the GMPP warranty I did not want the vehicle so I'm stuck with it now with the transmission issues are slipping downshifting anybody got one of these Silverados with the 5.3 4x4 8-speed transmission is no fix to it right now The dealer told me I'm on my own they wouldn't even offer me to change the transmission fluid to see if that will help I will never use this dealer again and all I'm telling people be cautious and careful what you buy because once they get your money that's it. I went to go trade this vehicle they are telling me they don't want to give me but $20,000 for it now and when I bought it I paid $40,000 for it it's only been a year in a couple months look how much money this truck got lost because these other dealers know that this truck is garbage and GM don't have a fix rethinking the whole General Motors rebrand over my other Silverados last need 300,000 mi this new stuff they making is garbage My Silverado is a crew cab also very nice looking truck nice style but quality garbage

Was sold a lemon..Very disappointing seeing that this was a dealership. Had to take the car back three times for repairs and the car is still making all the noises it's been making. It's kicking back firing humming. And they say the car is suppose to make these noises. And that the diagnostic says its nothing wrong with it. But three times you had to repair things. And I asked for a copy of the diagnostic and was giving a smeared copy of a bill for repairs. Worst dealership I have ever done business with. Beware

I brought my car in for the battery recall on my bolt. I was first told you no longer have a loaner program, so I said that being almost an hour away I needed one or I?d need the battery transferred to a location closer to my house. Deborah got back with me a couple hours later and let me know they had a loaner for me. I brought my car in at 7 am so I could get back to work by 8 am. At around 4 I received a call letting me know my car was done. Thankfully you were still open until 6 pm. I was able to get there by 550 pm right after work. I signed the paperwork and was told my car was right outside and had just gone through the car wash. It was very dark so I didn?t notice until I got to a store later, but the Chevy badge in the front of my car was missing. When I contacted Deborah the next morning she checked the car wash and there it was. I?m not sure what kind of car wash it is, but I get my car washed almost every week where I have a membership and that never happened. Your car wash didn?t even clean the back end of my car and it was left dripping wet and when it dried it looked worse than before I brought it in. At the store after leaving the dealership I had to clean off the reverse and rear view mirror camera on the back of my car so I could see. A new badge is being ordered since mine was broken when they found it. So the situation is resolved. I just wanted to let you know about the issues with the car wash.
