The mechanics just fixed the sensors, but did not fix the

The mechanics just fixed the sensors, but did not fix the problem that I came in for. The truck still has the same problem, nothing was fixed, but it cost me 1500$, a simple test drive is all it would have too. Very unhappy with my experience.

I was in and out in no time for a oil change!

I was in and out in no time for a oil change! When they started maybe an hour wait , but I was out way before that!

The Feldman Chevrolet service departments need help.

The Feldman Chevrolet service departments need help. Their work "seems satisfactory", but their concept of "time" needs a little work. They seem unable to handle the customer demand. Perhaps they have a "constraint" like not enough work bays, or not enough qualified technicians... either way, the customer WAITS. This seems a foolish practice, with revenue being lost, because they are not able to "push the work through". eh?

I made an appointment online the day before came in for

I made an appointment online the day before came in for just an oil change and to have a recall checked on my 2022 blazer ( that was not done) and was charged $160, i did not notice the bill until i got home that day and i was just sick to my stomach over it, over how much i paid! I should have paid more attention to what they were doing . It included a tire rotation and fuel cleaner, i just had my tires rotated a month before and did not need any of those extras. I just came in for an oil change like in the past. I received a call for a survey and the agent apologized and said we can most likely make it right and was told Deborah Springer the service advisor that helped me when i pulled my car in would call me she was at lunch, of course i never received a call back, very disappointed. I have always like Feldman in New Hudson and was hoping to continue coming back for more oil changes.

Terrible follow up on an issue with refunds of service

Terrible follow up on an issue with refunds of service contracts. Also lies during the sales process. ZERO follow up after the fact. TERRIBLE business practice. Pretty obvious why I didn't return to purchase another vehicle.
