The last two times we've had our oil changed, and they've

The last two times we've had our oil changed, and they've done the tire rotation. We've come home with one of our hubcaps hanging off. Barely hooked on. We will be bringing the truck back to get it put on properly We just have not had time. How many other people have lost hubcaps because the job wasn't done correctly That's laziness. There has been a few other examples of things that weren't done correctly.

I brought my car in for an oil change and to try again to

I brought my car in for an oil change and to try again to fix the cover of my front passenger seat. I had to leave the car overnight for the seat to be worked on, but the very nice service agent, Deborah, kept me up to date on how things were going. A part has been ordered and hopefully, the seat will be fixed in the near future.
