I want to give Chris Heide a great review. He went out of his way to help me. Chris even came to my house so l could sign some papers. I'm a senior citizen and l don't get out much. Chris is a great guy. If l ever need a car he would be my first choice. Thank u for having great employees.

First time buying a new car.

First time buying a new car. Kasey was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable. Cody was very thorough explaining all financing aspects and options. All interactions with staff was enjoyable. What could of been a stressful, overwhelming experience was made easy. Thank you!

The overall vehicle purchase experience with Feldman of

The overall vehicle purchase experience with Feldman of New Hudson exceeded my expectations. Brendan is an excellent salesperson who made my unique vehicle situation go as smoothly as possible. Not only did he find the exact vehicle matching my needs, he worked with the out-of-state dealer to secure it and kept me updated as the vehicle took a long time in-transit to arrive. Marc did a great job making the paperwork go smoothly. Very efficient and pleasant to work with. Joe in Service did a great job installing the accessories I ordered with my vehicle. Everyone I worked with was pleasant, professional and easy to talk to. My only (minor) complaint is that the vehicle registration application was not submitted to the State quickly enough causing the temporary plate to expire prior to my permanent plate arriving.

These guys were great to do business with.

These guys were great to do business with. Everything was exactly as they described. Super smooth transaction and everybody there was incredibly nice. I couldn’t be happier.

Just bought a Sierra from Feldman.

Just bought a Sierra from Feldman. They had the exact truck i was looking for. The only catch...im in Massachusetts. Kasey did a great job navigating a cross country deal.

Austin was my salesman and was great!

Austin was my salesman and was great! There was no pressure at all and he made the experience pleasurable. He followed up and stayed in communication throughout the prcoess. The finance guy, I believe was Marc, was also pleasant and throughly explained things and answered questions without being forceful. There was a salesman that sit next to Austin that we had a few encounters with and he was also nice although he wasn't our salesman.

If this is the guy who approaches the desk during your

If this is the guy who approaches the desk during your car deal, just get up and leave. He's the epitome of a pompous car sales manager. Rude, condescending, arrogant and literally talked us out of buying a car from his dealership because of his negative attitude. Wasted our time because of his incompetence and ignorance of what is going on in his own dealership. The sales team does a fine job and the "manager" ruins it. Can't even talk to the finance department because the sales manager puts up a road block to getting answers to basic money questions. We left after being told their time was more valuable than ours and that we'd probably be waiting a couple hours to talk to somebody. Don't waste your time, go to a better dealership.

The whole event was different.

The whole event was different. Pete was great he got me checked in and got me a shuttle home. It does sucks there was no vehicles for use because I have multiple ppl in my home I have to run around along with two jobs so I was lucky to be in vacation this week. Cost is scarey you don’t know what anything is until the very end and I know there isn’t really a way to fix that but it’s scarey thankfully it was covered under warranty. Carrie was great she shuttles me to and from she has a wonderful personality I enjoyed riding with her. Thank you for everything!!
