I was very happy with everyone at Feldman. Our sales person, Dustin, was extremely helpful and the gentleman in the finance department was excellent. I would recommend Feldman for your next car.

I had Dustin as a salesperson. He was great. Not pushy...

I had Dustin as a salesperson. He was great. Not pushy and gave me all the details I needed. Never made me feel bad for trying to get my best price. Did not talk down to me, which as a women buying a car alone is hard to come by. I will recommend him to everyone I know. The finance department was great to work with as well. A little bit of a push to by the extra stuff but once I said no for the second time we moved on. As for the porters that detail the car I would give them a 1 star. My brand new car was low on washer fluid. There was ice and snow frozen around the windshield wipers. I had 2 glue strings from the hatch to the second seats. There was sticky glue and paper on one of the outlet covers. I contacted my salesperson about the washer fluid and he made sure to take car of it. Again the entire experience was amazing until we got to the detailing of the car.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Made sure we understood everything and were patient explaining/going over different lease opinions. Gave us a great deal for our leases.

On Friday, February 19 while on my way to work the...

On Friday, February 19 while on my way to work the transmission went out on my 07 Ford F150 I was stuck on the side of the expressway waiting for a tow for quite some time during that time I called Feldman Chevrolet not only was able to start a deal over the phone through through a series of phone calls and text messages I was able to secure the trade and Tristan even came and picked me up from the side of the road where I have been stranded for 3hours talk about customer service and going the extra mile we proceeded back to the dealership and quickly finished the deal. this was most definitely easiest and pleasant experience I’ve ever had and purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. Great job to the whole Feldman team and double extra kudos to Tristan Thank you all very much i’ll see you again in three years

Service was done quickly. And as far as it goes right...

Service was done quickly. And as far as it goes right now, I think it was done correctly. However, It gets a little frustrating when things happen like the oil change are forgotten and then charging me for the oil change when I have a credit. Also, the truck was filthy when I picked it up, no paper or plastic down and wet and greasy, everywhere. The thing that annoyed me the most was that the cup holders had at least an inch and a half of water in them, so when I got in and tossed my phone in the cup holder I almost had a n expensive catastrophe. 3 stars is generous.

The service writer, Pete, was very helpful, made sure my car was repaired in a timely fashion, provided a nice loaner for me, and made sure I got my car back when it was complete.
