My grandmother is 80 years old and has always bought

My grandmother is 80 years old and has always bought Caddies. At her age, she is technically challenged and depends on John Bell to assist her on a monthly basis with the bells and whistles. She sings his praises constantly. I am very grateful for his patience and kindness.

Daniel Miklas really brings this place down.

Daniel Miklas really brings this place down. I drove several hours to this dealership to purchase a 2024 Silverado EV. 13k miles. Vehicle had damage to the rear bowtie emblem I was informed it would be taken care of. Great. I came with pre approved financing. SIMPLE sale. I just needed to run to the bank to get my cashiers check for the down payment. I was offered a ride from Danial. That didnt happen..So i had to Uber to the bank...And Uber back...I didnt say a word. As the day drug on...I had to go..Truck was in detail. I asked it be pulled so I could get on the road. No emblem repair,..fine. I head home 2hrs drive. Truck breaks down..HIGH VOLTAGE SYSTEM...Goes into limp mode. Its been at my local dealer ever since 2 weeks now, That's beside the point. Ive attempted 3 times to follow up regarding this bowtie emblem. With no reply. Text, and 2 emails. They got my money and unloaded a xxx. So no more customer service I guess. Prior to the sale it was communication overload..So just keep that in mind if your considering a vehicle purchase from a Rick Hendrick lot. I regret I didnt wait to purchase from my local CMA Cheverolet lot.

My experience with Rick Hendrick Cadillac was amazing. John Bell is a thoughtful and accommodating salesman. I needed to complete part of the purchase process from a distance and John made the process seamless. He has also been available to answer questions after the sale. I am very pleased with my new car.
