WOW I AM IMPRESSED AND WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND
We purchased a 2020 Cadillac XT4 in 2021. The process was professional and very satisfied. In March of 2023 we could not get into the car "battery low" my wife called was on the phone for 20 to 30 minutes to get into the vehicle. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and eventually connected us to JUSTIN (last name unknown) he was patient and stayed with us until we were able to gain entry into vehicle. WOW I AM IMPRESSED AND WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND Rick Henrick Cadillac !!!!

My family has done business with Rick Hendrick Cadillac for years. The Service and Sales Department is quite impressive. Kimberly White, one of their Executive Sales Representatives has done business with my family for years. Kimberly introduced herself to me while I was waiting in service and asked if I had considered upgrading from my current model. Kimberly, took the time to explain various Cadillac crossovers comparable to mine and thoroughly answer my questions, which I found her Cadillac knowledge and demonstrations of the different crossover models professionally impressive which intrigued me to purchase another Cadillac from Rick Hendrick and Kimberly White. Thank you again for making me feel like family, now I know why my family continues to do business with Rick Hendrick Cadillac.
