John Bell makes purchases easy breezy! This is our fourth purchase from the dealership, each time with John and we couldn’t ask for a better experience! From the 2020 Escalade to our new CT5, the quality and service are second to none!!

Over all Hendrick Cadillac is Spectacular.

Over all Hendrick Cadillac is Spectacular. There was an issue with what GM sent out for a computer update but, the entire service department went out of their way to make it right. Cant beat that!

I had an appointment on Saturday 12 April 2025 at 0830.

I had an appointment on Saturday 12 April 2025 at 0830. The young man who checked me in was awesome. He was courteous and very attentive to detail. He was polite and accommodating. It's wonderful to be greeted with a employee who enjoys his work. It goes a long way!

James Andrews was absolutely amazing!

James Andrews was absolutely amazing! He was patient, kind, and so thorough. He was not ?pushy? at all. He knew my needs in a car, and he delivered at a great price! I absolutely recommend him as a salesman, and I will not hesitate to go back to him in my future automobile needs. The Finance Director, Craig Petrie, was fantastic. He was the bright light of the day. Who knew playing with numbers could be so fun? This whole team made buying my first car from a dealership a breeze. What I expected as a nail biting experience was none of the like. Thank you Rick Hendrick Cadillac!

I've had my 2010 SRX maintenance done at Rick Hendrick

I've had my 2010 SRX maintenance done at Rick Hendrick since I purchase the SUV from there in 2010. The experience has always been outstanding. My SUV is always returned to me cleaned. The service Rep are always professional and keep me aware of what going on with my SUV.
