Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. It turns out that there was a bunch more stuff needed which made good sense once explained to me. I am very appreciative that they took me in on short notice.

At Hendricks Cadillac of Norfolk, VA, I was reassured by the patience of the staff. The salesman, manager, and the gentleman finalizing the purchase were all very professional, kind, and patient as I thoughtfully processed the purchase and warranties. Their patience made me feel confident in my decision. The salesman even called the next day to make sure I was okay and to ask if I had any questions about the car.

Took the vehicle for an inspection last month and was

Took the vehicle for an inspection last month and was told the water pump was leaking and system was out of coolant. The Techs refused to add coolant. Upon second opinion from another shop, the leak is from a hose, and it is a very slow leak. I saved myself $1050 (Cadillac's estimate). Don't trust them, they will either lie or not admit mistakes, as exampled by the AI response I received from the Service Manager, Mike, which resolved nothing. I am shocked and disgusted that Cadillac would treat a customer this way.

On Thursday they agreed that a car we re discussing was 31k, and the next day they raised the price on me to $35977? They claimed the fair market value changed in one day while we were discussing the car? Very disappointing!!!
