They forgot to reset oil gage and put new reminder for next oil change so now I have to go back to dealership which is not close to me.

kevon was very helpful. I was not able to get my car fixed due to the cost. Not one thing has been under warranty.

The service was done as requested and a shuttle was provided to get me home and back when my car was ready. My car was nice and clean when I picked it up.

My wife and I unexpectedly stopped by Rick Hendrick

My wife and I unexpectedly stopped by Rick Hendrick Cadillac to look at their Escalade inventory. We were met by sales representative Jacob Osborne, who was very welcoming and personable. Jacob took us for a very educational test drive which won us over. Jake was able to find the exact Escalade we wanted and have it transferred in the next day. Back at the dealership everyone we encountered from the receptionist to mechanics passing by greeted us. We were treated like friends from not only by Jacob but sales Manager Mike Evans and finance Manager Craig Petrie. The entire experience was the best I?ve ever had buying a new car. We could have gone to the Cadillac Dealer 15 miles from our house in Fredericksburg but the staff at Rick Hendrick are such real people we drove over 3 hours to close the deal. Thanks Rick Hendrick Cadillac
