Went to get my car serviced and while I was waiting I went to look at possibly trading in my car. Have got Numerous letters from Wallace Cadillac to trade... in my 2013 XTS Cadillac. There was a president sale going on this weekend so I figured I would look. I was there almost 45 minutes walking around the show room and in the lot and not once was I approached by a salesman ask me if I need any help. Guess they don’t want my business!!! Very very disappointed.. Have taking my car to get service there for almost 2 years and the people in the service department have always treated with respect.

I went to Wallace for my oil change and found that I was behind in some of the services. Collin who is my service writer advised me of the thing I needed... to bring me up to date. he was able to arrange to do the extra work that day which worked out perfect for me. I have always taken my SRX to Wallace since we moved here 4 years ago and I am very satisfied getting appointment and the work that is performed.
I had a few defect in my rims and screen and they ordered parts and got me on schedule within 2 weeks, even with it being the holidays. Great and very... easy to work with. Marshall my old service manager and now Casey my new service manager are both awesome! When it comes time to update my vehicle it will for sure be purchased here!
Josh Estes was very friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He contacted me by telephone and Email several times in preparation of the delivery... day. Very patiently, he explained and demonstrated the many innovative features of the automobile, including turning on the On Star system and the WiFi, connecting those features with my cellphone - a complete and successful experience. He invited me to come back, anytime, if I had any further, or need, for continuing explanations, or tips to have a more pleasant driving experience. Ted Soch was equally friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable in handling the financial aspects of the sale. He handled the transfer of my tag to the new car with ease. Signing the slew of necessary paperwork was made easy with his clear explanation of each document. My perfectly sparkling and clean car was handed to me after the Wallace service personnel prepared it for delivery. Kudos to Josh, Ted and Wallace Cadillac. As an 84 year old funeral director/owner of my own funeral home for 65 years, during which time I owned and operated my fleet of Cadillac sedans, limousines and professional vehicles, I was excited and exhilarated driving home my newest comfortable and responsive Cadillac CT6. Boy! It made me feel like a kid driving my first car, again!! - but, this time with fantastic new "Bells and Whistles". I was 14 years old, 70 years ago, when I got my first driver's license and began driving. I am looking forward, God willing, to many more happy miles and years driving my new CT6. Excellent as always a pleasure to do business with the dealership; I dropped my car off at the stated appointment time and was told the service... would be "about an hour" exactly 1 hour later my car was ready!!
Truly exceptional dealership in all respects. I was a walk in customer needing service while on vacation and my Cadillac DTS was serviced quickly and to... my complete satisfaction including a complete cleaning.

Overall, Wallace has a great salesforce and service department. Would highly recommend.
