car repair
my car was not starting and with only 15,000 I was thinking it was electrical problem because a few months before that we stopped for gar and when we started the car the readings were all zero. said we had no gas and the speedometer would not work. so they arranged to have our car towed and they managed to fix the problem by putting in a new battery. you know every gm that I have owned since 1972 always had a battery problem. something you should know.

A Comfortable Cadillac Experience
The entire Cadillac "family" was helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and had terrific smiles The salesperson, Josh, had been recommended by an employee in the service department. We schedule an appointment which I had to cancel since my husband had been admitted to the hospital. We rescheduled and I bought my car from Josh after driving up to Port St Lucie so my husband, aided by a physical therapist, found it easy to enter and get out. That was an extraordinary, considerate action. The loan was arranged, I signed papers and promised to look for the title. Josh notified the insurance company, had my new cards faxed, and installed the new license plate. He reviewed the CUE screen, made certain ON STAR was on, and fixed my favorite Sirius/XM channels. Since one area of the CUE screen was not working, Cadillac ordered me a new one and installed it. I checked with my financial advisor concerning the price and he remarked that the price was a "fair one". I traded in my 2010 CTS with over 95,000 miles for the 2014 SRX.

Pleasant Experience
The salesperson Greig was very patient and helpful in explaining the features of the car. He was always polite and courteous. When I called the following day to say I had left my husband's sunglasses in the old car, he immediately went to retrieve them and even called me when he had them. He made sure the dealership wiped obvious water spots from the chrome. There was no pressure to buy.

Purchased the Cadillac XT5, great customer loyalty
