Efficient intake, efficient, diagnosis of the problem. Very expensive repair, disappointed that the $199 fee to examine the car was not included as part of the final charge, but was added on.

I bought a previously owned 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon at Phillips Buick GMC. I have been extremely pleased with Phillips Buick GMC since this was my 3rd vehicle purchase there. They were very accommodating and no pressure. In fact TJ Gamble who was my sales rep so outstanding, saw me under the Jeep with my creeper checking out every square inch all with out skipping a beat! Didn't even test drive it until I came back a second time. No pressure calls, sales take over schemes or other tactics. It was fast, easy, and competent. TJ was gracious to take my offers to his manager like he was on my side! It all worked out so well and this Jeep has been my favorite vehicle ever! Thank you TJ and thank you Phillips! Daryl P.
