Saw the Sentra on car.com and decided to drive out to Phillips Buick and take a look. Mark greeted us and we went inside and guess what. I fell in love with the car and with Mark. Efficient intake, efficient, diagnosis of the problem. Very expensive repair, disappointed that the $199 fee to examine the car was not included as part of the final charge, but was added on.

We were at the dealership for service work on our vehicle. While we were waiting for the work to be completed, we met with Mark and requested a test drive on a Buick Envista. We liked the car and purchased. Everyone at the dealership was professional and the purchase was easy.

I have used this dealership since 2013. I feel comfortable there and trust them. Jason is the third salesperson that I have dealt with. The previous two were also both very helpful and always there to answer questions

I bought a previously owned 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon at Phillips Buick GMC. I have been extremely pleased with Phillips Buick GMC since this was my 3rd vehicle purchase there. They were very accommodating and no pressure. In fact TJ Gamble who was my sales rep so outstanding, saw me under the Jeep with my creeper checking out every square inch all with out skipping a beat! Didn't even test drive it until I came back a second time. No pressure calls, sales take over schemes or other tactics. It was fast, easy, and competent. TJ was gracious to take my offers to his manager like he was on my side! It all worked out so well and this Jeep has been my favorite vehicle ever! Thank you TJ and thank you Phillips! Daryl P.

Pro- vehicles is fixed and returned by estimated date. Con- estimate 3200 ended up to be 3857 or 20% increase. Poorly communicated. Con- military discount denied because it wasn’t annotated when car was picked up at my house and brought to dealer.
