Does not make appointments, rating a 1 in my opinion.
Does not make appointments, rating a 1 in my opinion. Does not keep waiting customer informed as to problems necessitating a 6 hour wait . Waiting area is comfortable, but next time I may drive the 50 minute drive to the dealer I bought the car from. Not sure the car is operating properly.

Darrin is great! I am not the easiest person to understand all this new computer and he has been right there for me whenever I have had any questions. He says he will always be there should I have any questions. There should be more salesmen like him. I will forever be grateful for his knowledge and help.

The problem I experienced is shared by many that I know and it's all over the internet. I feel it should be a recall but when I spoke to the mechanics and service manager they were very dismissive of my concerns.
