Our 1st time using Phillips after moving up here from

Our 1st time using Phillips after moving up here from Orlando. We had our Terrain Denali and my Sierra 1500 in for oil change and tires rotation. The service department fixed my brake sensor . Good service.

I wanted to share my recent experience at GMC Phillips,

I wanted to share my recent experience at GMC Phillips, which was unfortunately very disappointing. The service advisor was neither courteous nor knowledgeable. I was told the wait time would be around three hours, but I received no updates or communication—even as the service center was about to close. When I arrived to pick up my truck, there was no proper explanation or clear diagnosis provided. Despite being told that the master technician had worked on my vehicle, no one could tell me what was actually wrong. This lack of professionalism and transparency left me with no choice but to seek help from a local independent shop. I came to the dealership expecting expert service, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and let down. Thank you for taking the time to hear my concerns. I hope steps will be taken to improve the customer experience moving forward. Best regards, Ron Holmes

They diagnosed the problem on Friday.

They diagnosed the problem on Friday. The part came in on Monday. I returned on Tuesday and it was fixed in under an hour. Quick and efficient! I dealt with Jim last September and he was very helpful!
