Have bought several vehicles from Philips Buick has always been a great buying experience everyone there are top notch
Customers are not stupid.
Customers are not stupid. Service writers need to listen carefully and ask questions so the problem gets fixed the first time. When the problem doesn't make sense it doesn't mean the customer is stupid. It means the service writer did not ask enough questions.
