Taken advantage of
The CAR SALESMAN WAS AMAZING. If I was only rating him.. it would be a 5. This is me rating Tom Castle. I traded in my 2016 Chevy suburban and left with a 2019 Ford Explorer. The problem is.. We thought the manager was holding money on our trade in.. which yeah it’s the “game”. Making a couple thousand I totally understand it’s called business, but us asking for more for our trade and us being told no… and trusting we weren’t getting screwed BACK FIRED. They took my suburban in at 40k.. I had a feeling they were probably going to list it for 42-45k.. NO THE SALES MANAGER LISTED IT FOR 53k!!!! I’m all for companies making money.. but when it comes to literally screwing over the customer, it’s xxxxxxxx. We were told he wasn’t going any higher on my trade in, we accepted it and left with my new vehicle and it’s a slap in the face for this to be done to me. Times are hard right now and Any company should understand that and not take FULL ADVANTAGE of someone. I’m hoping they will make this right because i am sick to my stomach that they took advantage of me. I want to say too my truck didn’t need anything, brand new tires, PAID FOR DETAIL, oil change, breaks, rotors.. it literally needed nothing so the price didn’t go up due to service issues. I want to make this very clear, our salesmen was amazing, understanding, and went above and beyond! He can’t control management taking advantage of people like this. He did nothing wrong on his end. I’m sad to say we won’t be back. Again Tom Castle sales manager was the one that fully took advantage of me and didn’t even have the nerve to come and talk to us to turn us down on wanting more for our trade probably because he knew he was getting one over ON me!!!
Very rude to me and my family and hung up the phone on us multiple times demanded us to get information immediately for him I wouldn't recommend them
