Stranded

Was having trouble with my GMC pickup. I was out of town by 4 hours, and needed help. Called on July 3rd and service had closed, but sales said come on in and we will provide you a loaner. Had to spend the night. They were open on July 4th, so my truck was able to be looked at and then get on my way. The sales and service staff were excellent very friendly. Would buy from them if I live locally. Excellence in all areas. Thank you all very much.

Great Buying Experience!

Worked with Alan Sollis finding a full size SUV and came home with the perfect vehicle! He was very helpful and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for at the best price.

Great experience at Ultimate Auto Group.

This was my third vehicle to purchase from Ultimate Auto Group. Working with my salesman Josh was a fun time. Shelley made financing an enjoyable time.

Great service and staff!

This is the 2nd car I've purchased and their staff was very helpful to the point of getting me a fan when I got hot and water to drink. I've got a 'used' SUV that only had 23 miles on it and the price was right in my budget. Will buy my next vehicle from this dealership!

TOP NOTCH SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!!!

I have been looking all over for this specific vehicle. Liz Lemon went above and beyond to help me get my dream ride!!! Soooo excited to drive away knowing I bought my vehicle from such a GREAT place!!!

No hassle

We drove by the dealership when closed and saw discount information on the windows of a vehicle that we were interested in. So the next day we did internet shopping and called a dealer with better discount. So we decided to drive by Ultimate Buick GMC and test drive the one we were interested in. After looking at our trade in and making us an offer we couldn't pass up. It was a much better deal than the heavily discounted dealership. We were given a much better trade in price. Shop others first, shop here last, you won't be disappointed.

Love my Buick Envision!!

This is our third vehicle that my husband and I have purchased at Ultimate Buick GMC dealership, here in Mountain Home, Arkansas. What we are impressed about this dealership is that they don't pressure you into buying a vehicle! I had researched different SUV's online and needed a roomy one for my husband and when I have my grandkids with me. The Sales Representative- Liz Lemon was very helpful with our questions and the options we were looking for in finding the right vehicle we wanted to buy. Liz showed us several vehicles and we took one on a test drive. Liz introduced Steve and I to Chris Oats, the Sales & Leasing Consultant and he was more than willing to answer any questions that my husband had also. Shelley Colson, the Finance Manager, was very efficient in handling the paperwork with financing our car, thank you. The Sales and Finance Department are very professional and courteous. I also want to mention that Ultimate Buick GMC's service department is great! Thanks to all the mechanics that have worked on our prior vehicles. George Kuenzle is an employee at the service desk and is so helpful, friendly and is always ready to accommodate any concerns on the maintenance on our car. We set up an appointment with George to get the Zurich Shield treatment for our new Buick Envision. Lacey Helms that works in the Business Development Center usually is the one I speak to if I call for a question or need to be directed to the service department. Thanks Lacey for being so cordial on the phone. As you read this I can't say enough about this dealership! I'm not related to any of these employees but needed to thank all of them for the smooth transition with my husband and I buying this beautiful Buick Envision this past Monday, March 12, 2018.

Best car buying experience EVER!

I always hated buying a new car. I hated the unending negotiations where I got ticked off and left, and then the salespeople would call back in a few days and on and on it went. And then I met Chris Oates. What a difference he made! Instead of talking, he listened. Because he listened, he found the perfect vehicle for me. He was so knowledgeable about every feature and could explain how this vehicle compared to other models which was meaningful to me because I had been looking at similar units. Best of all, I asked him to give me his best price the first time around so I could decide yes or no.... one time. Granted, I advised him up front of the kind of incentives/discounts I was expecting and when we sat down, he explained in detail the steps they had taken to meet my budget requirements. I have to say I was extremely impressed. I really felt he tried to make the whole process an easy one and it resulted in a financially easy decision for me to make because I felt we had made a fair deal. I have to say hat's off to Shelly (financial mgr) too for being so thorough and helpful in getting everything done on the paperwork. For a great buying experience, a good deal, and gracious people..... I highly recommend this place.
