Todd Desilets was my sales person and his name us not on the list. He went out of his way to quickly find the car we were looking for in the price rang I was looking for. Cris Messier found me a great rate within my payment range. Both were courteous, attentive and great to work with.

He made a special point to keep my eight year entertained while finalizing the paperwork, not an easy task. My daughter loved the free water and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate machine was simple enough that she could make it herself. I think the best part about the Gates dealership is it truly feels as though I am walking into a friend's home.
