The appraisal team at Courtesy Auto stated that they couldn’t offer me more for my trade than they would expect to receive at the auction. However, they listed my trade for sale on their website two days after receiving it. It appears that they used the auction in an effort to buy my trade at a lower price. I found this tactic to be unfair and dishonest.
