Travis Tieman was very helpful on my new truck.

Travis Tieman was very helpful on my new truck. Got me setup with difficult grill guarded issues. Great help! Brian Hanson was also great on follow up issues with my new truck.

When I called for an oil change, they asked if I wanted

When I called for an oil change, they asked if I wanted the car picked up at my home. I wash happy to except the offer. The car was picked up, oil changed and brought back to me.

Worked with John over the phone about buying a new Ranger

Worked with John over the phone about buying a new Ranger Raptor. Got pricing and all worked out. I reached out to my bank got all the approval and just needed to wait 2 Days for the check to be mailed. Because of this delay waiting for the check i asked if I could put some money down while wait for it to come in but they said they don't do that which I thought was a little weird. But John told me to keep in touch with him about timing and I did texting him that the check was being sent that day and here replied with sounds good! About 2 hours after I sent that text I got a call not from John but one of the sales managers not saying the truck was sold but that it was no longer there. But When I asked of it was sold he said yes. So now I have a check on the way for a truck that is no longer available. I'm not so annoyed about it being sold but that if you know someone I on the way to get it and is willing to put money down to hold it for 2 DAYS I would think you wouldn't sell it out from under them. Just seems like some real shady business. Now I have to go back through my bank cancel a check and start this all over again.

Excellent team and staff to do business with. For service they always offer convenient times to take care of my ride and even pick it up and deliver while I’m working. Buying a new vehicle is very easy, they do not pressure, and are always patient and work hard to find the deal I need. I 10/10 will but there again and again!

Lyndsay did a great job in showing me vehicles I was

Lyndsay did a great job in showing me vehicles I was interested in. The dealership was fair with me in the trade in of my existing vehicle. Once I decided to buy the transaction went very smoothly and Lyndsay did a great job in assisting me with getting familiar with all the functions of my new vehicle. I drove home with a new vehicle in a couple hours very satisfied.

Very Pleased with Courtesy Ford.

Very Pleased with Courtesy Ford. The folks here are awesome. No games, no added fees, now days it’s unusual when ownership is involved in sales it was very refreshing to sit with ownership to work out the deal. Sales done right! KD in finance is a pleasure to work with. Jon in sales was so helpful. Scott is very good at solving issues. Also really like my truck. I would recommend Courtesy Ford to anyone especially friends and family!
