I recently purchased a GMC from another dealer after having a Tahoe for 12 years. I wasn't happy with that vehicle. Went back to Lithia, where we have purchased our previous 2 vehicles. I traded back to a Tahoe and could not be happier with the experience. Everyone is so friendly and courteous.

I stopped by Redding Lithia Chevrolet to get a brochure on a new 2017 Chevy Silverado. It was late in the model year and I was having trouble locating a truck with the features that I was interested in. Salesman Mark Wecker asked me for a detailed list of what I wanted. They didn't have a truck that matched my needs/wants on their lot. The next morning when I checked my email I received four (ultimately three) trucks that matched my requests......he had emailed to me at 4:30 A.M. He had located potential trucks at various surrounding dealerships within a several hundred mile radius. That's service above and beyond. After some wheeling and dealing I purchased the one that matched my needs. It was delivered within a day. Mark and Lithia were great to deal with.

Outstanding service received help right away. Service writer kept me informed during the service. Even buffed out a scratch on my drivers door. Just outstanding service!

My husband and I from weed California came to look at the Chevrolet bolt. we ended up leasing the car, which was our intention. so far we are very happy with our car. it is still a bit nerve racking driving something that cant be fueled as easily as we were used to. Steve was very patient and kind helping us through the process. My husband and I look forward to the future of electric cars and what chevy will be coming out with next!
