Pleased with parts dept for knowledge,service and so forth. Service manager is wonderful helps above and beyond his duties. Salesmen wasn't pushy,very informative of all vehicles I looked at. General manager was nice and remedied the one HORRIBLE VISIT having my car detailed tech broke mirror,left streaks as well as some sort of film on windows,broke and shoved side of seat under seat and gave back to me as if I wouldn't notice,service manager and general manager ft right on it and aside from a full refund fixed the problems and appalled at detail tech.

Mark wecker is the best salesman I have ever experienced! He is up front and no running around on pricing! The most important thing I like about mark is that you can ask him a question and he knows the answer!

He gave us a tutorial and answered all our questions about the cool "techie" stuff in my new Colorado, which made us feel right at home in it immediately. The customer service was good. However, this service survey requires more information and time than I want to give it. Cameron did an excellent job though.
