Good buying experience. Randy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Rated 4 stars because things moved pretty slowly even after we agreed to a deal. We were told this was a staffing issue, I believe due to COVID. But other than that things went smoothly and everyone was kind and professional.

My only complaint was the temperature in the sales building. It was pretty warm in there. Other than that, it was a great experience. The employees really are a team, and have nothing but great things to say about each other. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. If they didn't have what we were looking for, they made sure to find it.

We have purchased 5 new cars from Jason Darby, Wheeler Sales Consultant. He is straightforward, honest, listens to all our requests and limits. We continue to be very pleased with his professionalism and he is the reason we make repeated purchases at this dealership.

Awesome experience and jason was very easy to work with and never did we feel pressure to have to buy or settle ..we found the right ride for us and he handled the rest..highly reccomend working with him and the wheeler team..

I was in the market to buy my first car and had my eye on a Mazda CX-5. I'd been shopping around online looking at different dealerships when a family member of mine recommended Wheeler. He had recently purchased a car from Sam Schweitzer here and highly recommended talking to her. As soon as I got to the dealership, she immediately jumped to help me look at my options and start test driving the model I liked the most. She was the most patient salesperson I have ever met with and was open and honest about the process the entire time. She was attentive to what I wanted and needed and made sure that I felt completely satisfied with everything up until I drove off the lot in my new car. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking to buy in the area!

On this day I just had a whim to buy a CT5 sedan. I checked the internet and liked what I saw/read. I called my local dealer, Wheeler, and talked with Jason Darby about it, and he talked about this CT5 they had on the lot as a new arrival. After a little while I said I could drive there and check it out. Jason said I didn't have to, he would bring it over to my house, so I took the offer. I took it for a spin and like what it was. I asked what it would take to buy it, and I'll be darned it was a very good price I didn't expect! I said okay, so he said he'd take it back and get it prepped while he writes the deal, and would call me when it was ready. I said "today?" He said, "no problem". The car was delivered to me about 4 PM ready to go. Signed everything right in my home, and Jason left with a ride waiting for him, and it was a done deal! By the way, when he returned with the paperwork, the deal was even better than I accepted! Now who all does that? What a nice surprise, and a very satisfactory experience. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Wheeler and both times the staff and experience has been excellent. Though it had been some 19 years ( yes we try to take care of our vehicles) from the time we purchased our first vehicle, Wheeler was our first choice to look into replacing our vehicle after a collision. Why was that? Our previous buying experience and the service department there were one factor. When we went and checked other auto selling businesses as well found that Wheeler had the most knowledgeable staff and a great inventory to choose from. Certainly they helped us to feel comfortable and there was not a feeling or being rushed/pushed through the process. Josh and Samantha were a fine team who helped make our car buying experience very positive once again there at Wheeler.

Sterling Mitchell was very easy to talk with and was very honest with us in our quest to purchase a new (to us) used car. This was the smoothest auto purchase I have ever made
