Don’t buy a Truck from Galles!

My new 2020 Chevy Silverado 6.2L Trail Boss LT broke down with only 1613 miles on it. The engine has to be replaced? The Dealership GM(Eddy Espinosa) did nothing to help me. Mr. Espinosa instead, wanted to throw me and my wife out of his dealership. Be careful buying from here!!

As you are aware after you came into our dealership threatening us with an attorney if we did not give you another new truck and take back the one you purchased I asked you to leave and have your attorney contact us. Unfortunately you and your wife did not take that well and you both started screaming at me and I escorted you out of the showroom where we continued to have an unacceptable bilateral loud conversation. all three of us calmed down as you allowed me to explain the process that you must follow in your situation with your truck. We both apologized to each other and we brought in your truck from the dealership in Santa Fe and gave you a truck loaner to drive until we receive direction from Chevrolet Motor Division as to what action we should take relative to the engine repair or engine replacement of your truck. We will continue to keep you updated on the progress of the truck as we get updates from Chevrolet. Galles Chevrolet Management

Great chevy dealer

Really nice dealership, they were willing to work with me on price and ultimately got me a great deal on a car. They stayed late after the dealership was technically closed just to help me buy a car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a chevy

Alright service

Referring to my credit score. I say I could've gotten a better deal with a bigger SUV. I was pleased with the salesman getting me the best low rate on progressive car insurance. I'm okay with the vehicle that I purchased but not satisfied. I wanted a more technological vehicle with power buttons to open the hatch and move my seat, but it's like the manger and salesman were to persuasive toward me to purchase their demo vehicle. When I asked for a more upgraded one it's like they made it sound like I want eligible for it. The other thing was the salesman made me call my finance company MYSELF to get information to buy off my car and I'm like isn't that his job?!?!?! Next time I go to a dealership or if I go back to this one I was at, they should have a preference on gender because I wish a female assisted me instead of a male. I know employees at dealerships they're very competitive at who grabs the customer first and sells a vehicle but they could be a little easy on them than very PERSUASIVE.

Unfortunately based on what you owed on your trade-in and your personal situation the bank would only qualify you for an amount to be financed that limited you on the choice of vehicle you could purchase. We always want the customer to purchase the exact vehicle they want and deserve. As to the reason why we asked you to contact your bank to get your pay off balance is because many banks and finance companies will not release the pay off balance to a third party over the phone and will only give the balance owed to the actual owner of the vehicle. for the future, we have several female sales professionals, finance managers as well as office staff in position of authority if you ever feel that you want to deal exclusively with a female employee.
