Ordering my first ever brand new 2025 Chevy Traverse.
Ordering my first ever brand new 2025 Chevy Traverse. This should be a joyous moment but it was horrible dealing with Wheelers in Merrill. I will never go back there and have made sure to let all my friends and family know. they do not communicate at all. I had to email the salesman to see what stage my vehicle was at so I knew when about it would be coming in. He would ignore me for weeks then he would tell me the wrong news all the time. he tells me my car wasn't even ordered yet 2 months after i ordered it and put down a down payment. That was on a Wednesday and then calls me the following Monday and says your car is here. I was trading in my old car and the finance girl calls to see when i will be in to sign papers. Never once did they give me a price for my trade in till I asked them for it. When I picked up the vehicle the whole thing was not gone through with me. The salesman was in a hurry I guess to get back to his desk car. Never given anything free - like oil changes or anything. I will NEVER EVER go to Wheelers again!! It made me pick at least one star. Believe me I would give them ZERO stars

I purchased a 2013 Honda CR-V Nov 17th 2023 Upon startup
I purchased a 2013 Honda CR-V Nov 17th 2023 Upon startup the eng made a terrible noise! Took it back a week later to the service manager he said take it to a honda dealer because we don't have the tools to work on it! $2900.00 out of my pocket it is fine now with no help from wheelers. I vote them the worst dealership in Wisconsin!!

Customer is First at Wheelers
Wheelers stands out as one of the most helpful businesses that I have ever dealt with. I had to work with GM on a "buy-back" of a vehicle that was not able to be repaired at a different service department. The buy-back process and vehicle replacement is not profitable for the dealership. After trying to work with many other dealers that were helpful until they found out that there was no money in it for them, I was lucky to find Wheelers. I'm VERY impressed with the customer care at Wheelers. Everyone there that was involved, including the Owners, Management, Salespeople, and Servicepeople, ... they all shared the same caring and helpful qualities. When it's time for another vehicle, I will return to Wheelers.

Won't leave you stranded
Wheelers Chevy Dealership in Merrill is amazing. The building was clean, easily accessible from the highway. Their waiting room is comfortable and included free assorted beverages and a large screen TV. I was there for approximately 6 hours. Greg and Chad routinely checked on me and let me know the status of the repair. Greg stated they had 2 of the 3 parts required for the repair and took the initiative to send an employee 45 minutes away to get the part from another facility. He assured my husband that if needed he would personally drive me to Wausau to get a rental car to continue on my journey and would not leave me stranded. More importantly both Greg and Chad were kind, courteous and professional. The tech worked quickly to see me on my way. It was very nice to see such outstanding level of service. Both the Service and Tech Teams should be congratulated for their efforts. Big shout out to all of you!

2014 Buick Verano purchase
We purchased a Used 2014 Buick Verano and we couldn't have been happier with our purchase. It was raining when we went to look at the vehicle and they pulled it into the shop area so we could look at it in a dry area. The purchase was super smooth and Jake and Mary Jo were very accommodating during the process. The conversation during the paper work was very entertaining. We found a minor issue after the purchase and Wheeler's took care of the issue no problem. I would purchase another vehicle from The Wheeler's Family Auto Group in the future and I will recommend those that I know purchase from the Wheeler's Auto Group. Thank you Mary Jo and Jake!

I went there for my complimentary oil change on my new Chevy Trax. I was not satisfied with their service at all. Left oil on transmission from changing oil filter, I do not believe they put in the right oil and scratch the xxxx out of the wheels when they rotated the tires👎👎
