Rick Conti is an extremely knowledgable about Corvettes. He is also very customer service oriented and respects your time by being very efficient and having everything ready to go when you pick up your vehicle. He made it a very enjoyable experience, and I will definitely buy from him again. The finance manager was awesome too. Best selection of Corvettes I've ever seen.

Rick Conti again made buying a Corvette the easiest new automobile purchase I've ever done. This is my second Corvette purchased through Rick and even though I live in California and Coughlin is in Ohio, he made it a simple, straightforward process. It was MUCH easier than going into a dealership to buy a car and all that entails. I got exactly what I wanted without the hassle. Kudos to Rick 'Corvette' Conti and Coughlin Chevrolet.

In 2005 I bought a new Corvette from Rick Conti. He is an excellent ambassador and cheerleader for the Corvette brand. He knows everything about the features and options on Corvettes.I told him I wanted to order a gray Stinger for my car and he pointed out that it would not match the louvers in the hood which are painted Carbon Flash. My first car, way back in 1970, was a 1970 Chevy Chevelle and I have only owned a Chevrolet since then. I have only owned a Blazer or Trailblazer since 1985. As you might imagine I have purchased a number of Chevys over the years, and buying my new 2016 Equinox from Coughlin in Pataskala was the easiest and most pleasant experience of all the Chevys I have purchased. My Sales Associate, Kevin, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Kevin was knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. Once I picked out my Equinox he was easy to deal with and the dealership sales manager was quick with the offer, the final trade value on my Trailblazer was fair, and the final purchase price on my new Equinox was equally fair. I drove 200 miles to get the truck I wanted at the price I was looking for. My salesman, Joe Westbrook took great care of me, and the whole transaction was a "piece of cake". I would definitely give Coughlin Chevrolet my business again.

I finally found the Silverado I had spent months looking for online at Coughlin Pataskala, at the price I was willing to pay. I emailed the dealership of my interest, and Katie responded early the next morning. We emailed back and forth several times throughout the day, and I went to the dealership to test drive the truck after work. It was sitting out front, washed and detailed. I drove it and loved it, got what I was looking for on my trade-in, and took the truck home that night! Great experience- highly recommend Coughlin Pataskala!

Probably the worst dealership experience I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The body shop repainted my 2015 RAM 5 times. Killed the batteries on it . Put a total of 450 miles on it . Lied to me numerous times about why it wasn't done correctly. I would never recommend sending any paint work to them. I had to file a case against Coughlin through Chrysler to get someone's attention. Pat Davis was brought in to remedy the situation. Would not call me back . He promised to take care of this problem. My truck came in for a simple bedside factory blemish repaint. To date we are over 8,150$ in expenses. I was urged to take it to another body shop to have it done . Pat Davis has not called me since in over 13 days . I am writing this so you know what kind of a business your dealing with. My truck was not in my possession for over 53 days . Thanks Coughlin. Please do what's right. You owe me that much .
