Outstanding service during the buying process. Paperwork was timely, done correct and absolutely perfect. On the corvette side, Rick Conti was great.

Contacted Rick Conti at the beginning of Febuary 2021...

Contacted Rick Conti at the beginning of Febuary 2021 about purchasing a New 2021 Corvette Stingray. Rick Conti has to be the RUDEST new car sales person I have ever talked to about buying a new car. In the last FOUR MONTHS Rick Conti has not returned any of my calls, texts or emails. I have been pre-approved through the bank and have been ready to buy. I would rate Rick Conti ZERO STARS out of a possible five stars. Terrible waste of time. What a jerk...

Lazy, uninterested staff. Steer clear of this dealership. Couldn’t get the used car manager, or even a sales person for that matter, to look at my vehicle. Terrible customer service

I took my 2020 Corvette to them to install a high wing...

I took my 2020 Corvette to them to install a high wing spoiler. Was supposed to be done same day. Received call from service tech indicating the paint on the rear lid was damaged as they removed the factory installed spoiler. The car would be sent to the paint shop for repair before installing new spoiler. Talked to them today and car is still not ready. Hopefully Monday which would be 1 week. So my new car has been damaged with fresh paint and repairs due to dealer error. Very disappointing

Execellent service for out-of-state purchase!

I recently purchased a 2017 Corvette from this dealer and the process was superb. This was my first time purchasing through an online listing and having not seen or driven the car. I worked with Terry and he was great in terms of communication and service. After we agreed on a price and financing, I flew up to take delivery of the car. Terry was very helpful with making sure I had all the information I needed. It turns out that the dealer buys and sells a lot of Corvettes and deals with out-of-state purchases routinely so the process was very smooth. I also appreciated how Terry made sure the car was spotless before leaving the detailing area. I was apprehensive in the beginning about doing a deal sight-unseen but really appreciated the candor and communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend for anyone else looking for a Corvette and purchasing from other states.

Slick Selling of a Corvette

I began working wit a salesperson on 3/26 and made offer on 3/27 thinking I would hear back that same day if the offer was accepted. I called back several times Saturday but never received a return call. I called Monday (3/29) and got a return call from another salesperson and was told that my offer was rejected. I said I would pay the asking price and she said they would get the ball rolling. I was called back that same day and was told the car was sold on Friday 3/26. The car was still on their website on Monday and the price had increased from $71,500 to $74,850. The worst experience I have ever had attempting to purchase a car.
