I purchased my corvette in august 2020 I put the car for winter November 2020 I don’t have over 200 miles on this car and the spark plugs are bad already and you charge me 900.00 dollars to fix this there’s no way i wore out the plugs this fast I was told that you might pay for half of the cost but this never happened so I’m disappointed

I have purchased several vehicles through Coughlin. I contacted my previous salesperson when I was in the market for a new vehicle, and told them what I was interested in purchasing. He informed me that the specific vehicle wasn’t currently in their inventory, but would keep me updated on when one came through the dealership. Coincidentally, that specific vehicle came through the dealership that day. We arranged for me to see it and drive it promptly. They managed to clean it, inspect, and get it ready for a quick turnaround. They worked out a very fair deal on the vehicle, as well as my trade-in, and we were able to come to an agreement that exceeded my expectations. I feel I was dealt with very fairly, provided me with excellent customer service , and made the process as easy/convenient as possible. I would happily recommend Coughlin and use them again in the future.

Easy shopping experience.
My wife talked to one of the salesman ahead of time. When we got there they had a couple options that fit our criteria and they had all the financials worked out all we had to do was decide what we wanted.

Coughlin did a fine job on my first year service. Even though my car had only 2,600 miles on it, service was needed to change the oil and filter.

The first service of my 2020 Silverado went great. Just a...
The first service of my 2020 Silverado went great. Just a standard oil change, and tire rotation that was free from GM. However, the lube tech didn’t rotate my tires. On the work order, he but no lock lug. The lock lug nuts that GM installed on my model. So basically make sure the lube techs do what you asked. I know they didn’t rotate my tires because I have a small spot of plasti-dip on my passenger rear wheel.
