Treated very professionally, except for the fact that they won?t provide us with shuttles service because we live 13 miles away even though we bought two extended service and a maintenance warranty form them, which they they failed to mention even though I had been having service work done there for two years.

DISHONEST EMPLOYEES

This sales department is a prime example of why nobody trusts a car dealership. I worked for a reputable car dealership for 15 years as a Finance manager and know ALL the forms, legalities, etc for purchasing a vehicle. I joined a friend of mine on his car buying experience and literally told him to walk away when the sales manager lied directly to my face. They had my friend sign a bailment agreement (sales manager tried to mince words stating it is a conditional sales and delivery form. Doesn't matter what you call it, it is a bailment.) He told me ALL customers sign one, even if they pay cash. If that is true, I encourage EVERYONE TO RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. Why sign a bailment for a cash sale? It is completely unnecessary and gives the dealership rights they should not have. My friend purchased this truck anyway. This was in January. My friend was called today to be informed his license plates are in. Why are they 8 months behind in sending plates out? Are they not paying for the registration and sales tax on time? Is this place in trouble financially? Needless to say, my friend sold this truck 3 months ago. It was a piece of crap and he took a 5K hit on getting rid of it. As someone with extensive knowledge of dealerships, find another one. These people are either unhonest, clueless, or a combination of both.

Worst experience ever!

Purchase a used car in September, 2021. 3 weeks later the low oil light came on. There was less than a quart of oil in the engine. I had to wait 2 months for my license plates to be sent to me and wound up having to go and pick them up even thou my sales agent repeatedly told me he had or would send immediately multiple times. Since having car 5 months multiple issues have come up including electrical issue, sensor issues and more. It is now in the service department but not sure how much the extended warranty they sold me is going to cover. Worst experience I have had buying a car in the aftermath. Would not recommend this dealership at all at this point. Waiting to see if they are going to work with me or if I am just stuck.
