Great customer service in the service department. Covid-19 social distancing in effect. Instructions were clearly marked instructing how to proceed. Fast service. Always a good experience at Jansen. Even better, a $20 coupon on service for being an essential employee.

The service department employees did everything to fix my truck. Unfortunately, Chevrolet is willing to allow a low quality product to go out the door. It is unacceptable for a brand new truck to have a vibration like this truck has. It is absolutely frustrating to drive down the road and feel the buzz in the steering wheel like I do. I wish I wouldn't have purchased this truck. Chevrolet should stand behind their product and fix this truck.
