Great Experience!
This was by far one of the best buying experiences I have had buying a car! I never felt pressured and Steve answered all my questions and was very patient. I was involved in an accident which totaled my car and was just looking to see what I might want to buy. They had exactly the car I wanted , were easy to negotiate with and finished in a short amount of time. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Celeste and Steve!

Buying Experience
This is the second car we purchased from Modern Auto but the first since my husband died. Doug and Alex were very helpful and courteous to me at all times durinig this process I started out looking for a used car and had given them specific things I did not want and my price limit. They were very patient with me trying to meet my requirements. We finally found that one, a 2015 new Trax. The test drives proved this was the car for me. Doug was very helpful and courteous letting me take the car home overnight to test it on my roads and for night driving. When I returned the car my son was with me and Doug took the time to explain things to him and we made a deal and took the car home with a full tank of gas. I returned on Tuesday morning to finish all the paper work which went very smoothly, always explaining each thing to me. The car was taken to the shop to be cleaned and the gas tank again filled. After it was ready to go Doug took the time to again explain all the new things on the car and helping to set up the extra advantages and again saying if you have any questions just call or stop by. We have been a customer of Modern Auto for many years, always having our cars serviced there and always satisfied with the work and the courteous atmosphere.

Our 2015 Buick from Doug Kleekamp and Modern Auto
This is our fourth vehicle that we bought from Modern Auto. The last two were new that Doug Kleekamp sold us. We were extremely satisfied with his knowledge, friendliness, and willingness to make a deal happen. Doug explained all the bells and whistles on our new Verano and was very patient with his explanations. He had the car completely cleaned, full of gas, and ready to go at the time promised. He has also made himself available to answer any questions or problems we may have at any time of the day in the future. Obviously we were completely satisfied with Doug's salesmanship from our last experience and returned to him again for this sale. If we need another vehicle in the future, we would definitely seek Doug's help at Modern again. We have enjoyed working with Modern Auto over the years since moving to Washington Missouri, and would highly recommend Doug and Modern to any of our friends.
