I want to thank Tyler Valberg for taking great measures to get my car repaired! I brought in a 2003 Cadillac to have a new thermostat put in. I was well informed on the progress of the service and even told that they had to change out some gaskets which wasn't on the order. Well they took care of the gaskets and fixed another problem on my vehicle without any extra charge! I also appreciate Tyler taking time to look up some parts that I plan on getting later. This purchase was probably one of the best experiences I have had buying a truck I have had ! I have been researching Chevy Colorado for quite awhile. When I made the choice to pull the trigger ! I talked to Jed at Hansen , at first they didn’t have a used one , that was a Friday night. Sat morning one actually just came in that met my specs , actually even exceeded them and at a price I couldn’t believe. Yep great job

We saw the car online and went in to test drive It. Not only did Earl Davis let me test drive it but let us look and drive others to make sure our decision was what we wanted. It didn't take very long for the paper work either. Earl was willing to answer all of our questions. I love my new car.

This is the seventh car I have purchased from Hansen . The management and staff of the company are of the highest level in honesty and integrity. This service department is also excellent getting things repaired and doing it all right the first time. I appreciate Hansen’s looking out for me over the years and letting me know about opportunities to purchase the new and unique models. They have the connections to find the right car if they don’t have it on the lot. As you can see I will return to Hansen every time I have a need for a new vehicle.

I had just barley begun searching online for a small SUV that would work for my family. I let Greg Shepherd know that I was looking, what my budget was, how much I could put down, & where I wanted to be payment wise for each month. He kept his eyes open for an exceptional vehicle within my budget for a few months. When I got the call & saw the picture I knew he had found my car. We put a deposit down on it before seeing it, solely going off of his word. He worked around my schedule & even met me halfway with the car. I looked it over for under 5 minutes & it was everything Greg had said it was & more. I would NEVER trust anyone the way I trust Greg with cars. Nor would I ever consider buying a car from someone besides him before I have seen it. We did this exact exchange 4 years ago with my husbands truck that we still own today. In my immediate family 4 cars have been bought this same way. When he says he has the car for you, he means it & you better jump on it fast! He’s the best in the business!!
