Best can buying experience.
I have purchased new vehicles in the past that have taken as much as 8 hours after I decided what I was going to buy. At Hansen Motor Company, they continually offerd to take as much time as I needed but moved as quickly as I was comfortable with.

Friendly, Knowledgeable, Low key
I had visited all of the local dealers looking for just the right truck. After visiting with Greg he hooked me up with a Ram that they just brought in. He was very low pressure and let me work through my own process. Very happy with the process and he made sure that he took care of my concerns. I have met with him on issues after the sale and he is just as willing to help! Tyler C. made the closing process reasonably painless & almost enjoyable. Brought the truck in to fix a rock chip and Tyler V. said they would replace the windshield. He was concerned that the chip would crack later and wanted to make sure that didn't happen

Not real etical,close to fraud repairs
Wife went twice for repairs on a 2011 Traverse.Leaky transmission. Cost to repair was $1,400. My inspection revealed a leaky oil pan plug. My cost to repair $4.00. Second time,went in for drivers head light was dim. Cost to repair $1,000. (both head lights)After my visual inspection found bulb had been dislodged from cracked head light socket.my cost to repair,$97.00 for headlight assembly and $50.00 to auto shop to replace the one bad head light. Watch your wallet close. I see that Hanson as greedy and slack in ethics and close to fraud by taking advantage of my wife. Always get a second opinion and use your commom sense,it saved us $2,400. Watt, Thank you for coming down so we could show you the melted headlight base and why we had quoted new headlights to keep them sealed to prevent moisture from getting in and digging up. We quoted OEM headlights as we had described in the quote. I hope you allowed us to put it up on the hoist for you and show you the other leak than the drain plug on the transmission. We are happy to give you quotes and never have discouraged if someone wants another opinion. I hope you have been able to resolve your concerns. Happy driving.

Warranty work on a Chevy pickup
They were so very pleasant and helpful. They had the new part on the truck in record time and helped hook my stock trailer back on the truck to have us on the way as quickly as possible. They could not have been any more helpful.
