Jordan was helpful and attentive from the time that he reached out over the phone in response to my online inquiry until I was driving away. He did a great job allowing me to look the truck over, gave me plenty of time to test drive it, and was helpful with answering my questions. I was very happy with his service and I will definitely be back for future vehicles

Was sold a car that had obvious wifi connectivity issues. Should have been disclosed. Now I've got to file a warranty claim already and have it sit in the shop for days

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, even though we are sorry that your vehicle has had wifi connectivity issues. WIFI is a paid subscription through OnStar. Therefore, there isn't a possibility for us to test a vehicle's wifi once it is traded in and the prior owning customer has canceled their subscription. It's unfortunate; we feel bad and have tried to resolve it to the best of our abilities. Where you live out of state and cannot bring the vehicle back to us has been a challenge for both. Spencer took care of a number of issues with the car but

Spencer took care of a number of issues with the car but also with me as a customer recently having surgery. His focus to detail for fixing the car and taking care of the customer is more like a 10++.

Cody had my car serviced while it was in the shop.

Cody had my car serviced while it was in the shop. I had an appointment to have a receiver hitch installed. I didn't schedule a service at the time I made the appointment. The day before the appointment I asked if the car could be serviced. I was informed that all the service appointments were full but they would try to fit it in. They fit it in and had the car ready at the time I had told them that I would be picking it up. As always great service
