We have spoken to your service department a number of times on being able to record conversations or video on the new car we purchased from you. We have purchased 3 different chips and none have worked. This is a feature that should have come with the car.

After getting our Buick serviced and a 21 point check in

After getting our Buick serviced and a 21 point check in December I had to clean the air filter myself the brake fluid was low and a half quart of oil low. I got pulled over for a expired plate that was due January of 23 I had forgot to renew them You would think that someone would have noticed it in the 21 point check, not sure if I will have them service it again.

I used to take my truck to Ken Garff because that’s where I bought it. After meeting Cody and explaining all the issues I had there he asked me to bring it to him and he is absolutely taken excellent care of my truck and me since day one.
