So far my experience has been good for the most part.
So far my experience has been good for the most part. Right after the first servicing on my new 22 Platinum F350 I received a low tire pressure warning and had to put air in my tire so I went ahead and checked the others. This should have been part of my servicing. Not really a huge deal but, like my Dad always told me, "If you're going to do a job don't do it half-xxx!"

Great service!
We were experiencing vehicle problems with our 2011 Buick Enclave. We knew that we would not make it home as we live 50 miles away. We were close to Hansen Motors so we pulled in. They ran a diagnostic and found the problem. We decided to have them repair it. They were very friendly and professional. They gave us a ride to meet our son. They called us when they found how much it would cost to repair. We felt it was reasonable and not taking advantage of us being out of town and had them repair it. They gave us a date it would be ready and was a day early. They were fast,friendly, reasonable priced, and great people to work with. I would definitely recommend them. I will shop for my next vehicle from them they impressed me that much. Great people especially the service manager. Thank you!
