The dealership does a good job most of the time, but the last 2 oil changes in our cars. They have left oil handprints on the inside of the windows.

I have been a loyal customer at the Hansen Chevy
I have been a loyal customer at the Hansen Chevy dealership for a few years now. My last service visit was very disappointing. I had engine issues for them to look into. they said they could not find a problem, the next day my truck started miss firing in in #3 cylinder. the engine is currently being rebuilt by another shop. on top of that, they claimed my brakes & rotors needed to be replaced, I had had my Brakes & rotors replaced 9 months prior by another shop I returned my truck to the shop that had replaced my brakes & rotors. they said the brakes & rotors looked fine but they would definitely warranty their work it was defective. I live 45 miles away from the Hansen motor company, but have had bad luck with my local Chevy dealership (Murdock Chey in Logan) and even worse with Crump dealership in Tremonton (they rotated my wheels and one of my wheels feel of leaving the dealership!) I don't know where too take my Chevy vehicle's anymore!

We were traveling home after a summer in PA when our
We were traveling home after a summer in PA when our truck went into “limp” mode a total of eight times. The third mechanic that was too busy for us recommended we try Hansen Motor Company in Brigham City. Paul, the mechanic listened to our dilemma and took us right in.. The problem was with the complicated exhaust system. It took several hours and Paul gave us his word that he would stick with us until the truck was fixed. Paul was a man of his word. The truck now runs better than ever and the cost of the repairs was actually much less than anticipated! When the time comes to buy a new vehicle, we will be going yo Brigham City!
