I bought my most recent vehicle here and had a wonderful experience, so when it came time for my son to buy his first car on his own, I brought him here. Mark was educational in nature and accommodating in every aspect. We were not “sold to.” We were given histories of every car we looked at and the opportunity to drive anything we wanted. There was no pressure to purchase, in fact, we were encouraged to look at other places and at a variety of different vehicles. We could not have been happier with the vehicle or the service. Mark was awesome to work with, I was on the fence for about a week about buying my new truck. They were very patient the whole time. Not pushy like a lot of places are. Couldn’t have asked for a better team of people to buy a new vehicle from.

Well at first we were ignored, so we went inside and sat down while he talk to other couple, by ignored we were outside by the car we bought, Mark was talking to other couple and walked right passed us. Didn't say I'll be with you in a few or nothing. Went inside, other couple left, he came in and went down a hall came back and sat at his desk. Kelly and I were sitting waiting and he looked up and ask if we were her for service. I said no we were interested in the 2022 Buick. We'll it was game on from there. Then we were center of attention. We seen he was by himself so didn't get our panties in a bunch. Just recommend acknowledging customers a little better.

Just purchased. A 2023 GMC Acadia from Larkins GMC. Mark Carlson and Tim Larkin we’re very helpful and professional to deal with.
