We’ve been purchasing vehicles from Larkin’s for a number of years. Mark was easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and the services available. When the vehicle was delivered he took as much time needed to explain the functions and made sure that I knew he was a phone call away to answer questions that may arise. It’s reassuring to know that Larkin’s has a capable service dept to handle our future needs.

What a great experience. Mark is a true gentleman and professional. I had issues getting an authorization number for the GM Military Rebate. Mark spent more than 2 hours trying to resolve this issue and was successful in the endeavor. Closing was quick and painless with no pressure to purchase anything above and beyond the final amount. I had a Terrain that I loved, but it was time to get a newer one, because my husband and I like to travel. I told Mark what I wanted and he found one within 24 hours, and it far exceeded our expectations. I do not normally like to shop for cars, because the big Dealers make me feel like I need my husband to decide what I want to buy. Mark found out the car was for me, and he talked to me directly and listened to what I wanted, and did not try to push me one way or the other. He allowed me to make my own decisions, but was not afraid to tell me the Pros and Cons of features that I wanted included. My husband got a kick out of it all. He trusts me to buy my own car, and was glad that we found a salesman who treated me with respect and let me make my own decisions. I will definitely go back to Larkins GMC. They may be a smaller sized Dealership, but their professionalism and personal care can not be matched. Thank you Mark for making this the best and easiest car purchase that I have ever made. Also, thank you for the After Sales care. I appreciate your helping me get my GMC Rewards and OnStar issues solved. You are the best!! Still need to work on getting that puppy though. LOL!
