This is the second vehicle we have bought with Mark as the salesman. Everything went smoothly, great customer service, no pressure to buy or for add ons. He went above and beyond in his helping is with getting our ID.me to work and getting the needed apps on our phones with an extended offer to call if we needed more help. Knowing that this will be the last auto purchase of my lifetime Mark did not try to push me into anything extra with false statements like "you deserve it."

Couldn't ask for a better person than Mark to aid in our buying experience. Walked us though every step and option our new vehicle has on it. Took time to hook our OnStar up and answered all of our silly questions. When we were finished with the tutorial he said if we find we are just not getting it to just stop by and he would do his best to answer our questions. Mark took a lot of time to explain everything about our new car. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered questions and clarified anything we didn’t understand. He helped us connect to OnStar and explained Sirius. We definitely want him to be our salesman for our next vehicle purchase.
