Herb Jones opened in downtown Elizabthtown May 1st of 1969. Since then we have become the trusted source for quality Chevrolet and GMC products in central Kentucky as well as our outstanding used car inventory. I arrived on time.

I arrived on time. Requested maintenance was completed in an appropriate period of time. Recommended work was in code. Was not aware of what it meant. I did not have the time to go back to the area where l checked in to ask. I request it should be written out to customers and not coded

Had an appointment at 0830 to have my battery checked.

Had an appointment at 0830 to have my battery checked. Sat in the waiting room until 2:00 and the still had not looked at my truck. Retrieved my keys and departed.

I called a salesman before driving an hour to test drive

I called a salesman before driving an hour to test drive a Chevy Bolt EV that I was told was still available. When I get to the lot, then the salesman tells me it isn't available and has already shipped to California. REALLY?? I remained calm and nice, but what a total waste of my time! I'll never return, because that trick is a disgrace. 😔

Everyone was very helpful as always. Repair was performed as soon as possible,since we know how busy they are.

I would never lease a car from this dealership again.

Buyers beware !

I'm a single mother. I spent my whole savings $10,000 cash to purchase a vehicle they said was in excellent condition. After only owning it for a few weeks I had to have a belt replaced and there was an oil leak. Than a few months later the car is leaking oil again and the air conditioning is making a loud noise . I can't use it on this extreme heat and can't afford to fix it. I'm so disappointed because my friend who knows the owner referred me to this place. I would take a mechanic there before ever buying another vehicle.

Repeated unacceptable service

Service and charges were unacceptable—-completely unacceptable. There has been repeated unacceptable service over the past year or so. One example an invoice for $445 for a fuel filter replacement after which the computer was not reset and the engine did not run smoothly but very rough.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

BEWARE!!! Took my new truck in 3 different times to get steering fixed. First time they said they could not replicate problem. Second time they lied and said it wasn’t my steering it was my receiver rattling at my hitch (really), since when does that cause the steering to have play and pop. Told me they took the he receiver out and problem was gone. All lies as the receiver was locked and key was in my pocket. Third time they did replicate issue, but told me GM hasn’t came out with a fix (again, really). Took the truck to another dealership (Big M Chevy in Ratcliff) and truck was fixed with new part in 24 hours. Last and final trip was for oil change and tire rotation. They rotated my tires but did not completely tighten drivers side front wheel. Drove all the way to Florida pulling a camper before realized issue. Noticed a popping noise when rolled window down. Lifted truck and could move lugs with my hand. NEVER AGAIN.
