In sales Eddie was fantastic and has continued to follow up after the sale. A great attribute. In service, Wendy Goode runs a great department. Carlos, George and Tim are always available to provide excellent service.

My New Cadillac

Bought a 2018 Cadillac XTS

My salesman was Tim Larsen and he was great at making our time there the best. Would give him a 10 out of 10!!! He's been good at helping us with how things work and taking time to show us. We love the car and we hope that this is just the beginning of our relationship with Ed Morse Cadillac. Tim's manager and Steve who did the paperwork were all exceptional. Shelly in the service dept. was also very good with us.

Class Organization.

I have been buying/leasing cars for over 50 years. Dealt with many different dealerships. Some good, some not so good. I can honestly say that Ed Morse is head and shoulders above them all. We basically only comparison shopping. Been to a few other dealerships. Right from the beginning our salesman "Z" made us feel out home. None of the usual high pressure sales. Z was more then accommodating in helping us find the car we wanted, from their large inventory. When it came time for the "negotiating" Z made us an offer we couldn't refuse. From that point on it was easy sailing. We had to turn in our currently leased vehicle, so we asked to come back the next day. No problem. At delivery, Z took his time explaining the features of the car, including the setting up of the bluetooth. He showed us around the dealership and introduced us to one of the service managers. When it came time to do all the paper work. Kevin Roberts made the signing as easy as possible. Anyone that has bought a new car recently knows the seemingly endless amount of documents to be signed, I usually shy away from the extra protection plans. Kevin explained how a couple would make sense. Considering a luxury crossover? By all means, check out the Ed Morse dealership.

Excellent overall experience

I had a poor experience at another Cadillac dealership, where I basically wasted an hour and a half of my night and left without ever having the opportunity to drive the car I came there to drive. Fortunately, I found this dealership, which turned out to be much closer to my office. The team was patient, understood I was there to try out different cars and really listened to me as far as what I wanted in a car and what budget I felt comfortable with. I highly recommend this dealership as a place where single female shoppers can feel comfortable. This is NOT the case at many other local dealerships.

Great experience

What a great experience I had with Jeremy. I have not purchased a vehicle since 2002. He made this a delightful process and went above and beyond to get this vehicle I purchased where it needed to be!! Also thanks to kevin for explaining all the paperwork and process of the purchase. Thanks to everyone and all there hard work.
