Easiest car buying experience ever! Michael was the best to work with - showed me how to set up all the new gadgets and how all the “buttons” worked - definitely earned my returning business!! Top Of The Line
We wanted to carry on a family tradition and own a Cadillac. Back in the day, it used to be the quality of the car that mattered the most. When we arrived at Ed Morse Cadillac we were impressed by the dealership appearance and staffs’ cordial attention. Upon meeting Karen we knew we had found our dealership. Karen is a remarkable asset to this dealership and truly knows her Cadillac's, front to back. We were very impressed with her ability to shift quickly when the car we drove 1.5 hours to purchase was not the one we wanted. Karen is a great advocate for the customer and we drove home with a better vehicle than we were anticipating. If there were a hundred star satisfaction button, Karen would receive it from us.
